Project Overview
Moodle Sharing Cart is a multimedia performance-support resource designed to help instructors efficiently copy resources, activities, and course sections between Moodle courses. The solution combines a step-by-step visual job aid with a video demonstration, allowing instructors to access the level of support they need while completing the task.

The Need
Instructors needed a clear and efficient way to reuse existing Moodle content without manually rebuilding resources, activities, or course sections. The resource needed to provide enough guidance for instructors to complete the Sharing Cart workflow independently while also addressing common issues that could occur when transferring content.
The Solution
I developed a concise visual job aid that walks instructors through the Sharing Cart process using step-by-step instructions and LMS screenshots. A companion video demonstration provides an additional walkthrough for instructors who prefer to see the workflow completed before attempting it independently.
Outcome
The completed solution provides instructors with on-demand performance support they can access while working directly in Moodle. By combining written, visual, and video guidance, the resource supports different user preferences while making a repeatable LMS task easier to complete independently.
