Instructional Designer + eLearning Developer

I design learning experiences that make complex information easier to understand, apply, and use in the real world.

My background spans education, instructional design, learning technology, and customer enablement, giving me a unique perspective on how people learn and what they need to perform with confidence. My work includes eLearning, virtual instructor-led learning, performance support, curriculum development, LMS resources, and digital accessibility.

What I enjoy most is taking information that feels complicated, scattered, or overwhelming and turning it into something clear, practical, and engaging. Whether I'm developing a complete learning experience or creating a resource someone can use in the moment, I focus on designing solutions that serve a real purpose.

I hold an M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology and a B.S. in Elementary Education.

When I'm not designing learning experiences, you'll probably find me at the beach, planning my next adventure, or finding a new way to make life a little more beautiful.
