Making Your Course Accessible with YuJa Panorama
ACCESSIBILITY + PERFORMANCE SUPPORT

Project Overview
Making Your Course Accessible with YuJa Panorama is a visual performance-support guide designed to help instructors identify the appropriate accessibility workflow and take action to improve digital course content using available accessibility tools.
The resource organizes multiple remediation options into a concise, task-based reference instructors can use while developing or updating content in Moodle.
Project Details
Role: Instructional Designer + LMS Support Specialist
Audience: College Faculty / Moodle Instructors
Deliverable: Accessibility Quick-Reference Guide
Tools: YuJa Panorama • Moodle • DocHub • Canva
Focus: Digital Accessibility
The Challenge
Instructors had access to multiple accessibility tools and remediation workflows, but determining which tool to use depended on where the content was located and what type of remediation was needed. The resource needed to make those options easier to distinguish and provide clear, actionable steps instructors could follow without navigating lengthy documentation.
The Solution
I designed a one-page decision-support guide that organizes accessibility remediation into three distinct workflows: preparing files before they are added to a course, reviewing course-level accessibility reports, and making inline fixes directly within Moodle.
Each workflow uses concise steps and visual cues to help instructors quickly identify the appropriate path and complete the necessary actions. The guide also highlights an important system consideration to help users avoid resetting previous accessibility fixes.
Outcome
The completed resource provides instructors with an on-demand reference for navigating common accessibility workflows within their course-development process. By consolidating multiple tools and remediation paths into a single visual guide, the solution helps make accessibility tasks clearer and easier to act on at the point of need.
Portfolio Note: This project was developed as part of my professional work supporting faculty with digital accessibility, learning technology, and LMS workflows. Select content has been modified for portfolio presentation while preserving the original purpose and design of the resource.
