Problem and Solution
In customer-facing roles across industries, new employees often struggle to establish effective rapport with clients or customers. This challenge can impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of the organization.

Through collaboration with a subject matter expert (SME) in customer service, it became clear that many new hires lack the necessary skills to build rapport effectively. This insight inspired the creation of a scenario-based eLearning solution designed to simulate real-world interactions.
By allowing learners to practice and refine their rapport-building techniques in a risk-free environment, the program aims to equip employees with practical skills that translate directly to improved customer interactions and business outcomes.
